Episode One

Episode 1 of the Food Fusion Experience showcases the talented mixology skills of Matt Jones, legend culinary diva Jenny Morris and GH Mumm & Martell Brand Ambassador- Marie Silvestre.

Watch as they all guide their guests through the making of a decent Aperol Coconut Dream Cocktail, paired with Jenny Morris’s Seared Tuna Salad.

Matt & Jenny then take the viewers on a journey to prepare a prime-cut, grass-fed ribeye steak served with an array of delicious sides. This meat dish was aptly paired with a Zonnebloem Shiraz red wine.

Concluding the episode, Matt Jones & Marie Silvestre walk the audience through an explanatory experience of the GH Mumm Olympe Rose Sec. Inspired by a collaboration with Olympic Legend- Usain Bolt. This champagne was selectively paired with a salmon tartare & a decadent white raspberry chocolate dessert.
